Cell bottom plate milling machine

cfmfoto0.jpg (17213 bytes)The smaller and larger topological damages have been developed long service of duty and caused by electrochemical corrosion on the surface of electrolyzer cells’ bottom plate can result in breakdowns in the continuous work-cycle of electrolyzer plants and increase the maintenance cost considerably. Widely used solution to this problem is the replacement of bottom plates, but it is very expensive and there is a time limit as well, since it can execute only during the yearly general overhaul. A new process has developed and patented that make field improvement of bottom plates possible while the whole electrolyzer plant could produce free from notable loss of capacity. The essential element of this new process is a special twin-spindle CNC milling machine design by our company.

Equipments for durability-tests of electronic power tools

The testing equipment-family has been developed for The Robert Bosch Power Tool Ltd during 18 months (12 kind of 21 items). The members of this  equipment-family are suitable to provide the different kind of mechanical conditions for durability-tests of electronic power tools (hammer drills, disc and band grinders, jig-saws, hedge-movers, etc).

Feeding device of laser inspection machine for orifice splitting of bottles

adagolo00f.jpg (86059 bytes)The orifice splitting of cavernous glasses is one of the most significant problems of quality bottle production. A new inspection machine has developed -applied with a rotary laser beam sensor-, which is capable to detect the different shaped and size micro clefts on the orifice of bottles. Since this inspection method is very quick, there was need for a feeding device that is fast enough for serving the laser detector. The duty our company was to develop this high-speed cam controlled feeding device.

A few words about the operation of the machine:

First the next fresh bottle must be apart by an arraying worm from the non-assorted others arriving on a conveyor. The worm translates it to the feed in point of the machine. Here the bottle will be grasped and carried below the measuring head by a pair of feeding stars. Then the bottle-support tray lifts up the centered bottle into the laser detector and keeps it there for the time of the measuring period. After that the tray put down the bottle and the feeding stars take away it to a spinning table, where from, depending on the result of inspection, the bottle would return to the conveyor or will be got into a separate container by a high-pressure air blow .

The productivity of the feeding device is 180-220 inspected bottles pro minute. Thanks to the developed laser detector and measuring method the reliability of the inspection is better than 94%.
